What is Entracloud?

Entracloud is a phone service provided directly through HSC Mobile. Just like other services like Straight Talk, Entracloud offers unlimited talk, text, and data all for one low monthly fee.

Can I keep my existing phone number when I switch?

Yes! We can transfer your current phone number to Entracloud for free. 

What do I do with my existing phone?

If you are currently making payments on a phone purchased through HSC Mobile, then you can keep the phone and have its service switched to Entracloud. You'll continue to make monthly payments on this phone as before. If you haven't purchased a device through HSC Mobile, you'll need to purchase a new one first by visiting our store.

How do I pay for Entracloud?

Entracloud phone service is bundled with your monthly phone payment (if applicable). This means you will pay for Entracloud the same way you pay for your phone: you can either pay in full, or partially throughout the month, just as long as your payment is received in full by the due date.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We are willing to work if this situation happens. Often, we offer forgiveness on the first missed payment instance, and simply transfer the payment over to your next bill. If payments are missed often, we may disconnect your service and/or revoke your phone until your bill is current. Don't fret - we will work with you every step of the day, and these are only last-resort options.
